Payments:
- How to pay for the item what I won on ebay?
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Internet Transfer, Direct Deposit, Money Order. You can find our bank detail after proceed check out when you won a item.
If you select PayPal as your payemnt method, you will be redirect to paypal official secured site and process the payment immediately. We will know your payment after your payment is approved by PayPal.
Bank Deposit / Net Banking, Credit Cards payments can be done through both Paypal. ( To register on PAYPAL, login to www.paypal.com.au)
If you select Money Order or Bank Deposit as your payment method, just make sure you marked the item Number on it and attached the printed copy of invoice.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your payment clearance.
- Can I pay by money order or bank cheque?

We accept money orders, but NOT personal cheques.
However, bear in mind that by the time your money order reaches our offices and your item is then dispatched, there could well be a lengthy delay in you taking receipt of your item. You may find it easier to pay via Direct Deposit or Paypal.
- How can I pay by bank transfer?
If you pay via Internet Banking, please use your ebay Item No as Payment Reference, so your payment can be identified easily.
If you pay via Direct Deposit, please tell the bank staff to use your ebay Item No as Payment Reference.
The bank account details will be revealed once you complete checkout in ebay. Note: Please record your payment information after you making a bank transfer; this may help confirm your payment in the future.
- Do you have any request to buy the items? Or do I need any license for that?
Yes. You must be over 18 years to purchase the sword, knife, axe and dagger.
Please be aware of your compliance with local and state laws to legally purchase the item. We will not be responsible for any consequences of non-compliance.

- How can I get shipping discount?
We offer shipping and handling 20% discount from second item. To be eligible for combine postage discount, please wait for all your biddings to end and checkout multiple items together.
For additional item.The discount offer is as follows:

1st item $20
2nd item $18
3rd item $14
Total shipping and handling cost = $20 + ($18 x 80%) + ($14 x 80%)=$20+$14.4+$11.2=45.6
- How do you send my items?
We send the items by Australia Post for normal parcels and courier company for oversize parcels.
And we can deliver most items to your home, work or PO Box addresses as well as to rural & regional areas. Certain large items over 20KG or 100cm*50cm*25cm which cannot be delivered to PO Box address.
- How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
In most cases, we will send your item(s) within 1 working days after payment confirmed. Delivery may takes 2-8 working days by the distance, although in most cases is 1~3 days.
New South Wales: 1-4 days
Victoria: 2-5 days
Queensland: 2-6 days
South Australia: 2-5 days
Western Australia: 2-7 days
Tasmania: 3-6
Northern Territory: 3-8 days
- How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will be notified by email once your item is dispatched.
- What can I do if your package still hasn't arrived?
We send most items within 1 working day after receiving full payment. If you still haven't received the packages after at least 8 days since we sent the items, please contact delivery company and check if your local post office is holding a parcel for you. Sometimes we find that Australia Post simply don't leave a note advising you a parcel is awaiting pickup.
If you still can't locate your parcel after trying the above, please contact us, we will try our best to fix the problem for you.
- Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, but all changes of delivery address that are different to the address provided by your eBay details must be notified prior to pay. So please ensure these details are correct prior to making your purchase. And items that are returned to us because of non-delivery will incur an additional delivery fee.
Returns and Exchanges
- What happen if the item is damaged, dead or broken on arrival?
All items will be double checked and well packed before we send to you. Damaged items are items which have been clearly damaged in transit - broken parts and so on. Please send us the proof (could be photos), we will resolve to problem in Win-win way, and we keep the right to refund or send replacement.
But if item is found to be dead or broken on arrival, Please fill in the Return Authority Form(Click here to down load) and send it by email us. We will then issue you an RAN (Return Authorization Number).
You must send back item within 3 days from items received. All items must be sent back in the ordinary way. We do not collect any CODs.
If an item needs to be returned after the 3 day period return postage will be at the buyer's expense. You are required to e-mail us before you return anything.
Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition. When you return the item(s) please attach a paper write down you ebay user ID and reason for return. We will not response for any item return without attach information. Any such items may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
We will not accept any returns that have been damaged by the customer. Any alterations, use, or damage occurring after the item leaves our facilities will void our liability to accept the return of such item. Any such returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense and No refunds are offered.
We will send a replacement but No refunds will be issued for dead or broken items.
- What can I do if I placed a duplicate order, or made a mistake while ordering, may I cancel or modify my order?
We can manually modify your order before you pay for it. But Once we confirm your payment, it cannot be reversed, because our dispatch process begins immediately. So please double check the quantity and item very carefully before bidding to avoid any disappointment and mistake. This policy also applies to duplicate orders.
- What happen if the items I received are faulty or I found the item description is different to the actual item I received?
While all care is taken, any errors is unintentional.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us first, and return in the original packaging and condition within 3 days from goods received, and we will replace your item and reimbursed standard postage you incurred ASAP after receiving the items.
We do give full refund for major discrepancy within 3 days of returning the item from us.
But we do not provide refund for minor error on item description or un-ambiguous claim (Such as: The length is 13.5cm not 14cm, or it is quality not high quality )
- When will I receive my replacement when I've received a Return Authorization No?
Replacement products will be shipped to you ASAP after the items has been received by us. And we will tell you when we received and sent the items to you by email.
- What is your Refunds Policy?
We will send a replacement if the item dead or broken no arrival, but No refunds will be issued.
If the package not keep in brand new condition, there is No refunds are offered.
After 7 days you received the items, there is No refunds are offered.
there is No refunds are offered for the shipping cost.
We will make refund by the same way as you paid us.
